I went out for a group run on Monday and had so much fun I forgot to take a photo!

There was a lovely sunset in Pentyrch as we set off so just try and imagine that. This blog is primarily a log of my runs so I didn’t want to leave it out.

We started off heading out of Pentyrch along Tyn-Y-Coed Road towards the woods then down to Creigiau.

The lead runner lives in Creigiau and he planned a route through some areas that I don’t know very well. It was really nice to have a change of scenery.

We went through Craig y Parc and then climbed back up to Pentyrch.

I’ve become very used to running solo but this evening reminded me how nice it is to get out and run together.
