I had a fixed time to get out this morning so I headed up through Pentyrch on a route I was fairly sure would fit into the time allowed.

I didn’t have time to get up to the top of the Garth so I ran along the side, enjoying this view down the valley towards Cardiff.

After running around the hills of north Cardiff for so long, I’ve developed a weirdly reliable sense of distance and arrived home within 5 seconds of my target!
