A quick blast up the Garth to round off the week. It was a bit more overcast today but still muggy.

I love the view towards Cardiff from up on the hills. I don’t tend to run in the city centre these days but I did fancy the idea of running from the Bay up to the Garth. It looks like it’s about 10-11 miles.

It’s the Epona 100 tomorrow. I know a few runners taking on this challenge and I can’t wait to follow their progress. Sharon and Cath are running for great causes and so close to their targets.
