The Punks were setting off from Morganstown tonight so I joined them for a group run up the Garth.

Claire led us on a fantastic circular route that took in the summit and the quarry viewpoint. The trails have really dried out after a spell of good weather but we still managed to get muddy in Coed y Bedw.

The sky was clear and the view down the valley was epic.
