Lots of people are running the CANUM 40 mile ultra today but I’m a long way off that distance!

I settled for my usual bumble around the Garth on a lovely clear day here in Cardiff. I wore my new Big Moose spotty t-shirt, which was lovely and comfortable. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do the run but I wanted to support their work.

The miles flew by today, I was listening to my new favourite podcast and enjoying the occasional berry flavoured gel. I lost my hat on a very windy Garth but it didn’t land in sheep poop so that was a bonus.

My new Merrell MTL Long Sky 2s arrived today so I’m going to put them on this afternoon to start bedding them in.
