I managed to get out for a lunchtime run today. It was close and drizzly but good to get out.

The views weren’t great with loads of cloud and mist but this view of Garth Woods looked pretty nice.

I wore my new Shokz OpenRun bone conduction headphones today. I’ve run without music/podcasts for years but when I started doing longer runs, I needed something to keep me entertained.

They worked really well and only struggled running next to traffic. It was really calm on the Garth so I don’t know how they’ll cope with wind noise yet.
