Elevation – 1907 feet

I’d been planning this run all week and really wanted to do 15 miles. I set out a bit earlier than normal but I was feeling good and the weather was perfect.

I hadn’t really planned a route but I decided in Pentyrch to head down to Tyn y Coed woods and stay around the Garth. I enjoyed a lovely section through Coed y Bedw, where the bluebells were stunning.

My legs were feeling good and finished with a strong final three miles.
