I was hoping to take advantage of the nice day to get out for a longer run but I ended up with only a short time available over lunch.

For shorter runs, I like to enjoy the peace and quiet of Forest Farm and the canal. There were loads of people out enjoying the weather so it wasn’t as quiet as it usually is.

The trails are still covered in wet, muddy leaves so I took it easy on the technical sections.
