This is the old railway line through Whitchurch that’s now a footpath. There are steps just under the bridge that lead up to the Glamorganshire Canal. I’m still taking it easy and getting my legs used to regular running. It was nice and cool this morning after some sweltering days.

I squeezed in a quick run this morning down by the canal and Forest Farm. I tried to keep my heart rate low and take it easy. Luckily the rain didn’t come down and I got back fairly dry.

I went out a bit earlier and did six miles around Forest Farm before meeting up with the Running Punks for their Tuesday Trail Social.
