Locations – Forest Farm, Glamorganshire Canal
Distance – 4.25 miles
Elevation – 172 feet

I managed to get out in between showers for a quick and flat run by the Glamorganshire canal.
The section above the canal is one of the most technical trails without heading into the hills. It’s about half a mile and contains rocks, slippery tree roots and plenty of mud. It’s also undulating and has an adverse camber.
The rest of the route was a nice, flat path next to the canal and through the nature reserve.
