I had a free afternoon and it was dry out so I headed out for a long run up through Pentyrch and back home via Fforest Fawr.

There were a few more tarmac miles and hard trails in today’s route. Apart from the climb up through Tyn-Y-Coed woods, which is brutal!

This is view at the top though, so it was worth it.
