I headed down to Bute Park this morning to join the Running Punks for their second, “All You Can Eat Buffet of a Run Club”.

In typical fashion, I didn’t check the details and nearly missed it because I was on the wrong side of the river!

I crossed over at Blackweir and spotted a group of punks so I joined them for a few laps. There were about 100 people there and it was a great atmosphere.

I wished I could’ve stayed longer but I had 5 miles to run home so I didn’t overdo it.
