I was planning a long run today but the awful weather this morning put me off!

I forced myself out for a flat 6 miler down to Hailey Park. I’m logging this as a trail run because I stayed off the tarmac as much as I could.

There are quite a few sections parallel to the Taff Trail where you can avoid the tarmac and get dirty.

The forecast is looking better tomorrow morning so I might get a long run in.
