I fancied a relaxing flat run today so I headed towards Forest Farm and did a looping run around the nature reserve and canal.

I hit another blocked path today. The section from the southern entrance up to the higher path was closed.

Even though the temperature has dropped, it was still sunny and warm today so the shade of the trees was very welcome.
