I’ve been a bit under the weather over the last couple of weeks but the sunny forecast tempted me back out onto the trails.

I started with a gentle 5 miles around the canal then back over to Morganstown.

As I get older, I’m starting to really appreciate being outside in the light.

There’s lots happening in the village at the start of the year. First Light Coffee opened on the weekend and the Kerbside Café opens later this month.

These are great additions for the village and for everyone passing through to enjoy the castle and woodlands.
