Popped out for some midweek miles and managed to avoid the rain!

The stone arches in the photo must be old remains of the Taffs Well Quarry. I pass them all the time as I walk or run over to Morganstown.

I headed up to Fforest Fawr and got a high five from a little kid! I don’t know if I looked like I needed it or he’s just a keen running supporter. It was very sweet and gave me a boost.
