It was a lovely morning for another long run. I added another 2 miles to finally reach 20 miles.

I felt good for the whole route and finished strong. I normally include the Garth and Craig yr Allt on these runs but I mixed it up today. I went on a twisty run down the Taff Trail and back up the canal before heading up into Fforest Ganol and Cwm Nofydd. I finished with a loop through Pentyrch and Garth Woods.

Amazingly, I didn’t need to fiddle with the laces on my Peregrine 13s!
