It was the first anniversary of CDF Runners’ Thursday Night Trails (TNT) session tonight so I joined a big group for some fun in the forest.

The darkness set in just as we set off so head torches were fired up as we blasted through Fforest Fawr.

We looped round and crossed over Rhiwbina Hill to the Wenallt before heading back.

To celebrate the anniversary, we met in the Lewis Arms for a drink and some food.
