Today’s run is a complete cheat. It’s a combination of two runs, down to Cardiff and back again with a day’s work in between.

I wore trail shoes and ran on the Taff Trail so surely this counts?!

Anyway, this blog is just a record for me and I make the rules. Plus, the castle was looking pretty sweet in its autumn glory when I got home.

Run commuting is great but I definitely need better equipment. I have a very small running backpack that I can barely fit in a towel and change of clothes.
