I enjoyed last night’s run so much I went out again tonight for the Running Punks’ regular trail session.

We set off from the Lewis Arms and were guided up past Castell Coch, heading for the woods under Craig yr Allt. Conditions were wet and boggy but we made it through and enjoyed running over the snowy fields in Caerphilly back towards Rhiwbina Hill and Greenmeadow Woods.

As usual the pace was steady and we stopped regularly to keep everyone together.
