Conditions today were very similar to Friday. Dry and cool with a grey sky. Great for running but not so good for photos.

This is the view as you come out of Tyn Y Coed woods and make your way across the fields to the Garth.

I wanted to complete a steady half marathon distance today. I didn’t worry about heart rate but didn’t go hard. The last couple of miles flew by and I finished strong on fresh feeling legs.

I want to do this type of run every weekend and slowly increase the distance.
