I went out a bit earlier and did six miles around Forest Farm before meeting up with the Running Punks for their Tuesday Trail Social.

Another big group enjoyed some relaxed, chatty miles through Forest Farm and along the Glamorganshire Canal.

I’ve never done these segments at night and the higher path above the canal is quite technical so I took it easy to avoid any incidents.
