Quick six miles before work. The rain has stopped but it’s bloomin’ cold!

I’ve been relying on podcasts to keep me entertained on longer runs but I don’t tend to listen to anything if I’m just out for an hour or so.

I’ve been considering some bone conduction headphones so I can still be aware of my surroundings if I’m listening to something. I’ve seen quite a few people wearing them recently.
