This lovely spot is deep into Coed y Wenallt. I’ve never taken full advantage of these woods but I intend to change that this year.

I’ve run quite a few miles through them with the CDF Runners’ TNT group. Although these were at night so they didn’t help me get to know the area very well, I was just following the group.

I’m planning to explore the area more this year and I might even venture into Parc Cefn Onn during a long run.
