I wanted to push the distance a bit more today. I only did one hill so the elevation was a bit lower.

The forecast wasn’t as good as yesterday but it turned out very nice. There were lots of runners out, families on the Taff Trail and people up the Garth.

I felt good all the way and finished strong.
