I was planning to do 16-18 miles today but I went out too fast, expecting it to be cooler.

It was really warm and I was struggling so I kept in the shade as much as I could. I did manage to eat some proper food today, which is a first for me. I took a small flapjack and ate it in a couple pieces at 6 and 10 miles. It stayed down OK.

There were loads of people out enjoying the bank holiday weather.
