I decided to explore Greenmeadow Wood this morning to see if I can find all the official paths and work out some loops for future runs.

I followed some signposts but eventually ended up in a field with no obvious paths to follow so I doubled back and came across some calves. I didn’t know if there was a path beyond them so I turned around again.

The field where I turned around had this great view across Cardiff. It was so clear I could see the city centre, Bristol Channel and Weston-super-Mare.

I eventually found a route that took me to the top of the village so I did a quick loop around Fforest Fawr and headed home.
