I was hoping to enjoy some blue skies this morning but it was overcast and grey.

I still enjoyed the purple and yellow heather on the climb up Craig yr Allt. Today’s view is the Garth taken from half way up.

There were a few walkers on the summit enjoying a rest, snack and the views.

I headed back down and decided to complete the run through Fforest Ganol.

I’ve run just over 30 miles in the Torrent 3s and still loving them. I’ve done some wet and muddy miles in the last week and they’re performing well.
