The sun was out again for a Saturday run.

I decided to do a short circuit around Fforest Fawr and Fforest Ganol. On a midweek run, it can feel like I have the whole forest to myself but everyone and their uncle was out today!

There were loads of dogs enjoying the mud and the cutest puppy in Fforest Fawr.

It was exceptionally clear looking up the valley so I stopped to enjoy the view before heading back through Fforest Ganol.
