I only had a small window to get out today so I headed down the Glamorganshire Canal.

Apart from the technical section on the upper trail, most of today’s run was flat. I do very little road running so when I’m on the Taff Trail I up the speed a bit.

It was colder out today but lovely to have some blue skies for a change.
