Another Thursday Night Trails session with CDF Runners this evening.

The lights in the valley were sparkling as we made our way down Craig yr Allt after a recce for the upcoming trail race.

I’ve bought a new head torch since last week and really needed the extra light on the trickier sections.

There were some muddy sections but the trails have dried out a lot after a few days of dry weather.
