I wasn’t planning a run today but I decided to pop out after finishing work.

I got back and noticed loads of medals on the Strava activity. I didn’t think much of it until I noticed, “3rd Fastest Mile”! I put some effort in tonight but I knew I hadn’t done that.

Looking at the map, my watch didn’t get a solid GPS lock until about half a mile in. This is really unusual so I’m hoping it’s just a one-off.

The run was really good. It’s still grey out but the daffodils are adding some spring colour to the village.
