The bluebells are out so I chose a nice little route through Greenmeadow Woods and then over to Fforest Ganol.

I’m still having problems with the Peregrine 13s causing me pain on the top of my foot. I decided to keep stopping to adjust them today and managed to find a tying method that worked. This was annoying but I was happy to run in them without discomfort.

It’s been a beautiful spring day here in Cardiff so it was lovely getting out after work and running off some frustration!
