I knew this would happen!

After my September challenge, I took four days off. It felt longer and it could’ve been as I wasn’t particularly keen on going out today.

It was grey all day but the sky cleared a bit and the forests were lovely. I was only planning to do 4 miles but it was so nice I stayed out a bit longer.

If I get chance on Sunday I might do a longer run and try to build up to 15-20 miles by the end of the month.
