Autumn leaves covering some old stone steps

It’s getting colder as we approach winter but the autumn leaves are still providing a beautiful, albeit dangerous, blanket on which to run.

This little spot in Tongwynlais looked stunning despite the grey and overcast day. The stone steps are what remain of some cottages that sat underneath Castell Coch.

This steep little section, covered in wet leaves, was a test for the grip on my trusty Thundercross trail shoes.

The rain wasn’t too bad so I quite enjoyed my lunchtime run.
