After a very short speed session with my running buddy I headed up to the hills to unwind after a stressful day.

The ground is bone dry after the recent weather, even in the muddiest sections. The view was very clear looking towards Cardiff.

I spent some time considering whether to complete the weekend’s bigmoose ultra fun run in person or virtually. I know the atmosphere at the event will be really nice but I think I’ll enjoy a long trail run over a flat one.
