After a few days bedding in my new Merrell Long Sky 2s around the house, it was time to take them out for a photo shoot up at the castle.

My immediate reaction after a few minutes running in them was that they felt very light and stripped down. The upper is very breathable and I could feel the air passing through it. They’re comfortable without being too padded. Good signs…

I grabbed a couple of shots by the castle and did a few segments around the forest before finishing down by the river. There were, unsurprisingly, quite a few paddle boarders out.
