A bit further and a bit flatter today.

It’s still warm here in Cardiff so I took cover under the trees along the Glamorganshire Canal.

As it’s the first of July, I thought I’d look at my stats for the year so far. Despite a long break I’ve managed to do 500 miles and 67,500 feet. I started the year doing longer runs than normal so this makes sense.

If I take it easy, hopefully I can build the distance back up and maybe do a marathon later in the year.
