As the heatwave continues, I headed out early again and enjoyed a relatively cool run. I stayed in the shade of Fforest Fawr and the Taff Trail for most of the run.

The forest was very busy with dog walkers getting out before it warms up.

I made a detour to check out the views from Craig yr Allt. It was really clear and there wasn’t anyone else around.

I was tempted to go a bit further but I made myself stick to a small increase as I get back into it.
