After a solid start, 2025 quickly went downhill. A couple of niggles stopped me running for long periods and I struggled getting back on the trails.

I’ve been feeling better and it was so nice today so I got out for a lovely run up to Fforest Fawr. It was a beautifully clear, frosty morning.

There were loads of families and dog walkers enjoying the forest. I bumped into a few friends and wished them happy new year.
