Despite the break since my last post, I have been running. On a short break in Cornwall I did a couple of 6 mile runs along the coast. I love running enjoying the sound of the sea and Bude was a beautiful town to spend a week.

We’re in another heatwave so I got out early and devised a route that was almost entirely in the shade! There were loads of runners, riders and doggies doing the same.

It was the first outing for my new Merrell MTL Long Sky 2 Matryx. These are an old model that I picked up on sale for £93.
