Locations – Taff Trail South, Fforest Fawr
Distance – 11.2 miles
Elevation – 1224 feet
The trails were busy again with people getting out before the day heats up. I stayed local again, heading down the Taff Trail then back up to do some loops in Fforest Fawr.
