After the exhilaration of a wet, windy, muddy, night time adventure on the Garth with a bunch of Punks, today’s run was the complete opposite.

I enjoyed a dry, bright solo run up Craig yr Allt with nothing but my own thoughts and some jelly babies.

Which is better?

They’re both brilliant! I’ve loved the chatty group runs over the last few weeks and I’ve enjoyed the freedom of running solo for the last few years.

I’m hoping to keep doing both and just enjoying the trails.
