The weather was cooler today and perfect for running. I ran the long route up the Taff Trail, heading north, from Tongwynlais to the Penrhos Cutting. The weather’s still fine here in South Wales so I took advantage of a quiet morning and enjoyed a few miles on Craig yr Allt. This is the view of the Garth with some beautiful dashes of colour. The trails are quite overgrown with fern and bracken but they’re still accessible.
