Muddy and muggy miles this morning along the sculpture trail. I noticed another sculpture has suffered some severe damage. The valley was quite misty but I still enjoyed the views from Fforest Fawr as I took a breather.

The bluebells are out so I chose a nice little route through Greenmeadow Woods and then over to Fforest Ganol. I’m still having problems with the Peregrine 13s causing me pain on the top of my foot. I decided to keep stopping to adjust them today and managed to find a tying method that worked.…

It was a beautiful, crisp day in Tongwynlais so I headed out on the local trails this afternoon. Fforest Fawr was very busy with families, dog walkers, runners and cyclists. I even passed a few people in Fforest Ganol, which is rare! I stopped to enjoy the sound of the stream and take some photos…
