I enjoyed a steady run down the Taff Trail and along the Glamorganshire Canal today. This is the Melingriffith Water Pump in Whitchurch. I wasn’t planning a run today but the weather improved by lunchtime so I nipped out for a gentle run up the Taff Trail and back through Fforest Fawr. The bluebells are out in the forest so I stopped to get a few shots and enjoy the view.
