I’ve missed running. I took a break after having some more niggles and kept putting off getting out again. As time went on, I started worrying more and more about them returning. I kept active with some walking and cycling (indoor watching TV) and not running became normal. It was a rare dry day today…

I’ve had another break after more niggles so I took it easy with my biking buddy today. We made it to the Forest Cafe and enjoyed a snack. There were loads of dogs enjoying their treats and drinks of water.
